Of indeterminate age, Katherine first came to the attention of London society following her sudden marriage to the much older Lord Howard. Despite it appearing to be an unlikely partnership, (and his third venture into matrimony), theirs was a very happy marriage and Katherine was devastated at his death five years ago. Renowned for hosting the best events and with an enviable address book, Katherine coped with her loss by putting these resources to good use, carving out a new and self-sufficient life for herself as the CEO of the UKs hottest PR company.
During her marriage Katherine was viewed by her supporters as a generous and warm hearted airhead and, by those who were jealous and sceptical of her marriage, as a gold digging social climber. Following the death of Lord Howard, Katherine has proved them all wrong. Hard work and single minded determination have enabled Katherine to develop Arundel PR, in just five short years, as a company of renown representing a myriad of individuals and brands. She was first introduced to Harri, Georgie and Vix during her marriage but it was only later that a firm friendship developed between the four women. Katherine counts Harri as her closest friend as well as an important client.
The Stirling Prize is the most prestigious award granted annually by the Royal Institute of British Architects and Katherine has been invited to attend as the guest of her client, who has been nominated. This year’s awards has the added distinction of being televised and so Katherine is all the more appreciative of her friends’ assistance and advice when getting ready. Charlotte had curated the most wonderful makeup products from her latest collection, Georgie had been on hand for fashion advice whilst Vix had been the voice of support (and reason) when trying to temper some of Harri’s more outlandish ideas for creating social media opportunities. Poised, professional yet devastatingly beautiful, Katherine arrived at the event to a flurry of lightbulb flashes.
